What is the tax treatment ?
This income derives from a financial security and is therefore taxed under the flat tax rate of 30%. In detail, the flat tax consists of 17.2% in social contributions and 12.8% in income tax. We handle the withholding and declarations on your behalf.It is also possible to submit a request on our platform to be taxed under the progressive tax scale if your tax bracket is below 30%.

A Brick is a bond with a value of €10 that allows you to participate in the financing of a real estate asset. Purchasing a brick entitles you to income (interest) paid to you every month.
What is a bond?
A bond is a financial instrument that represents a loan taken out by a company. On our platform, it takes the form of a bond loan used to acquire a real estate asset. In return, the company commits to paying interest to the lenders.
How does Bricks work?
The way Bricks works is simple: investors purchase €10 bonds called "Bricks" to finance real estate projects carefully selected by our team of experts. In return for their investment, investors receive monthly interest on their investment, as well as their invested capital back at the end of the bond term.
How do I invest?
To invest on Bricks, investors must first create an account on our real estate crowdfunding platform. Once their account is created, they need to complete their investor profile and answer a few questions to validate it. Once their profile is validated, they can start investing by selecting the real estate projects available on the platform. Investors can then invest in the projects of their choice by purchasing real estate bonds (Bricks) for the amount they wish to invest. Investors can track the performance of their investments on the platform, and recover their capital and interest at the end of the bond term.
